At its one hundred and sixth session, the Legislative Committee ruled that the Bill Amending and Modifying the Code on Criminal Proceedings was, in principle, legally possible.
At its one hundred and sixth session, the Legislative Committee ruled that the Bill Amending and Modifying the Code on Criminal Proceedings was, in principle, legally possible.
The Legislative Committee adopted the position that Article 3 of the Act on the Settlement of the Public Debt of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for Private Foreign Currency Savings, applied under Article 64 of the Constitutional Charter only in the Republic of Serbia, as a Republic-level law, is in harmony with the Constitutional Charter; this reply is to be forwarded to the Court of Serbia and Montenegro, as proceedings had been initiated by it.
The Legislative Committee is also to inform the Constitutional Court of Serbia that Article 6 of the Government Act is in accordance with the Constitution, as an initiative had been proposed to verify whether the Act adheres to the Constitution.
