Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski informed the Committee members about MP Marijan Risticevic’s memo that he was withdrawing the amendments submitted to the Bill on Medical Insurance. The Committee found the rest of the amendments to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

Of the 63 amendments submitted to the Bill on Healthcare, the Committee found three not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the rest were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all 19 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Items of General Use to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as all seven of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Substances Used in the Illegal Production of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances.
