102nd session of the Legislative Committee
Initiatives to assess the constitutionality of certain articles of the Broadcasting Act, the Accounting and Auditing Act, the Litigation Act, the Act Amending and Modifying the Judges Act, and the Labour Act were discussed at the session of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia held on 23 November 2005.Responding to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, the Legislative Committee stated that the provisions of the disputed articles were indeed in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
