He finished "Jovan Popović" Elementary School in Obrenovac (1998), Mathematical Grammar School in Belgrade (2002), graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade - Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Automation, Department of Telecommunications (2007), where he also earned a doctorate in electrical engineering and computing - at the Department of Telecommunications and Information Technology (2011).
Professional engagement: research and development engineer in the "IMTEL Mikro-opt D.D." Research and Development Center (2007), then in the Institute of Microwave Engineering and Electronics "IMTEL Komunikacije AD" (2008), where he also performed the duty of the Head of Department for digital signal processing (2008-2011). He worked as a senior engineer in "High Tech Engineering Center doo" (2011-2012), and since 2012 has been employed at the Institute "VLATACOM doo" as system architect. He was a multiple scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, a scholarship holder of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for Young Talent Fund and a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Society of the Republic of Serbia. He won the award for the best paper by a young author at the TELFOR 2007 Conference.
He is the author of more than 70 scientific and professional papers, technical solutions, a participant in several projects of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. He also participates as a team member/contact person in a number of internal company projects, intended for the commercial market. He is a longtime member of the commission for proposing awards for young authors at the TELFOR Conference, member of several different professional associations under the auspices of the IEEE, reviewer in international professional journals and conferences. Member of the Scientific Council of the "VLATACOM doo" Institute. He was elected to the scientific title "scientific associate in the field of technical and technological sciences - electronics, telecommunications and information technology" in 2015, and re-elected in 2020.
Member of the Serbian Progressive Party since 2008. In the party, he mainly handled duties relating to information and the media, as well as organizational affairs.
Elected president of the Information Council of the SNS Municipal Board in Cukarica on multiple occasions. He performed various duties in the information sector at the SNS Belgrade City Board and higher bodies of the Party. From 2014 to 2015, he was the secretary of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Progressive Party in Cukarica. Elected vice-president of the Municipal Board of SNS Cukarica in 2015.
He was a candidate for councilor in the Assembly of the City of Belgrade on the list of the Serbian Progressive Party in 2012, 2014 and 2018, for a councilor in the Assembly of the City Municipality of Cukarica in 2016. Member of the Belgrade City Assembly from 2016 to date.
Elected MP from the “Aleksandar Vucic – Future We Believe In” Electoral List in 2014, then again in 2016 from the “Aleksandar Vucic – Serbia is Winning” Electoral List, and in 2020 from the “Aleksandar Vucic – For Our Children” Electoral List.
He was elected Deputy Head of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group in the National Assembly in 2016. Deputy Head of the “Aleksandar Vucic – Serbia is Winning” Parliamentary Group since 2020.
Elected a member of the Presidency of the Serbian Progressive Party in 2017.
As an MP, he was a member of various working bodies within the NARS, parliamentary delegations and parliamentary friendship groups. Chair of the European Union-Serbia Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (2014, 2016).
He completed training in the Class of Listeners for Reserve Officers of the Serbian Armed Forces in 2010, where he acquired the rank of reserve lieutenant of the Serbian Armed Forces.
Married to Andjelka, father of Nikolina, Sofia and Anastasia. He lives and works in Belgrade.
