Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2020
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2020, for Thursday, 12 November, starting at noon.
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of the Population from Communicable Diseases, submitted by the Government.
As the National Assembly completed the debate in principle on the only item on the agenda, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic set Thursday, 12 November 2020, as Voting Day on the item on the agenda of the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2020, starting at 7 pm.
On Voting Day, 12 November 2020, the National Assembly passed, by majority vote, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of the Population from Communicable Diseases, submitted by the Government.
The National Assembly also ruled that there are justified reasons for the Law to enter into force in a period shorter that the obligatory eight days from its publication in the Republic of Serbia Official Gazette.
As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the only item on the agenda and ruled on it, National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic concluded the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2020.
