Following the presentation of Minister of Information and Telecommunications Milica Catic, the Committee unanimously decided to accept the Bill.

The3 Committee members also accepted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Manner of Financing and Drafting of Project Technical Documentation, Conduct of Administrative Procedures for Environmental Impact Assessment, Issuance of Location Conditions, Consents and Construction Permits for Project “Hydrotechnical and Excavation Works on the Arrangement of Critical Waterway Section – the Confluence of the Drina and Sava”, submitted by the Government, presented by acting assistant ministers of construction, transport and infrastructure Predrag Petrovic and Ivan Divac.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tomislav Jankovic, Ivana Nikolic, Vojislav Vujic, Branislav Josifovic, Miroslav Kondic, Nikola Nesic, Marina Lipovac Tanaskovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Bojan Torbica, Dragovan Milinkovic, Marija Jovanovic, Djordje Todorovic, Robert Kozma, Predrag Marsenic and Jasmina Karanac.
