Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Natasa Micic had convened the Second Session of the Second Regular Sitting in 2002 for 12 November, beginning at 10 in the morning.

Chairperson Natasa Micic had suggested the following agenda for the session:

1. Bill on Taxation Procedure and Tax Administration, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

2. Bill Amending and Modifying the Sales Tax Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

3. Corporate Income Tax Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

4. Ownership and Usage Tax Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

5. Property Tax Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

6. Income Tax Bill, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia,

7. Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and

8. Motion to adopt a Declaration on calling a republic referendum in order for citizens to respond to a question regarding the independence of the Serbian state, submitted by over 100,000 voters.

When work commenced, the Chairperson informed the Deputies that a new Deputies' Group had been formed under the name National Socialists' Deputies Group. Professor Dr Branislav Ivkovic was appointed chairman of the group, while Deputy Dragan Tomic was appointed deputy chairman.

The National Assembly approved the motion of the chairman of the DOS - Reform of Serbia Deputies' Group Cedomir Jovanovic to jointly discuss Bills set out in items 1 through 7 of the proposed agenda.

The National Assembly did not adopt the agenda of the Second Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2002.

After a break called by Chairperson Natasa Micic the session was not resumed.
