The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia convened the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007 to be held after the completion of the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007.

According to the agenda proposed by Speaker Dulic, the National Assembly will discuss the Bill on the Constitutional Court and the Asylum Bill, submitted by the Government.

At the sitting the National Assembly will also conduct the election of judges of the Constitutional Court from the candidate list submitted by the President of the Republic and determine the candidate list for judges of the Constitutional Court named by the President of the Republic at the proposal of the Deputy Groups at the National Assembly. Questions from deputies have been proposed as a special item on the agenda.

The sitting will be held in the Building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Kralja Milana Street 14, in Belgrade.
