Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 25 April 2023, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill on Electronic Communications in detail.

Of the 120 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Government and the Committee accepted 23, while the rest were rejected.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tomislav Jankovic, Milija Miletic, Ivana Nikolic, Marina Lipovac Tanaskovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Bojan Torbica, Nikola Radosavljevic, Dragovan Milenkovic, Ivana Srbulovic, Predrag Marsenic and Jasmina Karanac and MP Radmila Vasic who is not member of the Committee.
