The Speaker proposed that 12 items be considered at the sitting, viz. the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and State Employees, Bill amending and modifying the Health Care Law, Bill amending the Law on Chambers of Health Care Workers and the Bill on Controlled Psychoactive Substances, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Speaker also proposed that the National Assembly should consider the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the European Convention on the Non-Applicability of Statutory Limitation to Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina amending and modifying the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Legal Aid in Civil and Criminal Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina amending and modifying the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina on Mutual Execution of Court Rulings in Criminal Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss Confederation and Bill on the Confirmation of the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, adopted in 1974, and the Protocol of 2002 to amend the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, adopted in 1974, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
