The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the following agenda for the Seventh Session of its Second Regular Sitting in 2004, which began on 14 December:

1. Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Rights of Ex-servicemen, Disabled Ex-servicemen and their Families, submitted by a group of 13 deputies.

On the first day of the session (14 December), the National Assembly commenced discussing the Bill in principle.

On the third day of the session (16 December), the National Assembly concluded debate in principle on the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Rights of Ex-servicemen, Disabled Ex-servicemen and their Families.

On the fourth day of the session (17 December), the National Assembly discussed the particulars of the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Rights of Ex-servicemen, Disabled Ex-servicemen and their Families. Upon conclusion of the debate, the chairperson declared 21 December 2004 Voting Day for the Bill.

On Voting Day (21 December), the National Assembly adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Rights of Ex-servicemen, Disabled Ex-servicemen and their Families in its entirety.

As the National Assembly had discussed the Bill and voted on it, the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, concluded the Seventh Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004.
