Second Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 22 July 2024, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for the Realisation of the Housing Construction Project for Members of the Security Forces and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol for Improving the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation in the field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, both submitted by the Government, as well as the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period January – March 2024.

The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for the Realisation of the Housing Construction Project for Members of the Security Forces submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia was presented by State Secretary Aleksandra Damnjanovic.

The Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol for Improving the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation in the field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia was presented by State Secretary Mihajlo Misic.

Following the presentations, the Committee unanimously decided to submit the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for the Realisation of the Housing Construction Project for Members of the Security Forces and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol for Improving the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation in the field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China to the National Assembly for adoption.

State Secretary Vojkan Tomic then presented the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period January – March 2024, which the Committee adopted unanimously.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stefan Kitanovic, Jasmina Karanac, Branislav Josifovic, Dr Tatjana Markovic Topalovic, Predrag Marsenic, Dragan Jovanovic, Vesna Savovic Petkovic, Stasa Stojanovic, Mila Popovic, Dragan Stanojevic, Tomislav Jankovic, Miroslav Kondic and Robert Kozma.
