Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005
The following agenda was adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for the Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005, convened by the Chairman, Predrag Markovic, for Tuesday 8 March 2005:1. Termination of office, dismissal and appointment of judicial officials.
The following agenda was adopted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for the Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005, convened by the Chairman, Predrag Markovic, for Tuesday 8 March 2005:
1. Termination of office, dismissal and appointment of judicial officials.
On the first day of the session, the National Assembly held joint discussion on proposals of decisions on the termination of office, dismissal and appointment of judicial officials.
On the second day of the session (9 March), the National Assembly concluded joint debate on proposals for the termination of office, dismissal and appointment of judicial officials.
The Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, set Voting Day immediately after the conclusion of the joint debate.
On Voting Day the National Assembly adopted proposals for the termination of office, dismissal and appointment of judicial officials, after which Mr Markovic concluded the Second Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly in 2005.
