The Second Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005 has been convened for 11 a.m. on 20 January, at the request of a group of 222 deputies.

The deputies set the following agenda in the request for holding the session:

1. Proposal of the Decision Authorising the Remand in Custody of Dragan Samardzija, Judge of the Backa Palanka Municipal Court, proposed by the Administrative Committee.

After debate was concluded, on Voting Day the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision Authorising the Remand in Custody of Dragan Samardzija, Judge of the Backa Palanka Municipal Court, proposed by the Administrative Committee.
