Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 21 April 2023, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments, both submitted by the Government.
The Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources was presented by Veljko Stamenkovic and Rade Mrdak, representatives of the Ministry of Mining and Energy.
The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Mutual Encouragement and Protection of Investments was presented by State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Darko Mitrovic
Following a discussion, the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept both bills.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Dejan Radenkovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miodrag Gavrilovic, Dr Zivan Bajic, Dalibor Jekic, Zoran Zecevic, Nikola Nesic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Veroljub Arsic, Zoran Tomic, Zivota Starcevic and Djordje Stankovic.
