National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Sends Telegram of Condolences on Death of Ambrose Dlamini, Prime Minister of Kingdom of Eswatini

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a telegram of condolences on the death of Ambrose Dlamini, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

“It was with deep sadness that I received the news of the death of His Excellency Ambrose Dlamini, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini. On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and my own behalf please allow me to extend our most sincere condolences on the death of Your colleague and compatriot and my dear friend.

During my visit to the Kingdom of Eswatini, I had the great honour to meet Ambrose Dlamini and talk with him about essential issues for our two countries, including the development of cooperation, preservation of territorial integrity and sovereignty, one of the key issues for small countries like ours and the possible withdrawal of the recognition of the unilaterally declared independence of the so-called "Republic of Kosovo".

Unfortunately, the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus took many lives this year and many families around the world have suffered tragic consequences because of this invisible monster. Please convey my condolences and expressions of solidarity for this irreparable loss to the Government of Eswatini, Senate, and the members of the family of A. Dlamini, as well as the friendly people of the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Please accept, Sir, the assurance of my highest consideration."
