National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Convenes Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021, for Tuesday, 2 November 2021, starting at 10 am.
The following agenda has been proposed for the sitting:
The sitting will be held in the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
- Bill in Biocidal Products, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending the Law on Integrated Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendment to the Agreement on Agriculture between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Norway, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Cooperation in Protection against Disasters in the Western Balkans, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Mutual Recognition and Exchange of Driving Licenses between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People's Republic of China, submitted by the Government;
- 7. Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Public Prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Kursumlija, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, and
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.
The sitting will be held in the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
