National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Convenes 16th Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the 16th Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021, for Tuesday, 28 December 2021, starting at 10 am.
- Bill amending the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Financial Liabilities in Commercial Transactions, submitted by the Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- List of Candidates for of member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition, submitted by the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy;
- Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services 2020 Activity Report, submitted by the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services, accompanied by a Conclusion Proposal by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications of 25 November 2021;
- Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications of the Securities Commission 2021 Financial Plan, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending;
- Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Securities Commission 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending;
- Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, and
- Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.
