The National Assembly Speaker proposed that 12 items be discussed at the sitting: Bill amending and modifying the Railway Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Railway Safety and Interoperability, Bill on the Confirmation of the International Combined Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Slovak Republic, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Hungary on Road Transport of Passengers and Goods, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on Road Transport of Passengers and Goods, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Safety and Health in the Workplace, Bill on Requirements for Assigning Employees to Temporarily Work Abroad and their Protection, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children, submitted by the Government.

The Speaker also proposed that the National Assembly discuss the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of President of Cacak Commercial Court and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The MPs are also to discuss the Collective Candidate List for the election of the first half of National Education Council members to a six-year term and the Proposal of the Decision on the Discharge of a member of the National Council for Higher Education, submitted by the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society.

The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House, 13 Nikola Pasic Square, starting at 10 am.
