Gojkovic Condemns Bosko Obradovic’s Attack on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues Committee Chairman Aleksandar Martinovic

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic condemned another in a series of violent outbursts of the Head of Dveri Parliamentary Group Bosko Obradovic at the National Assembly, the attack on the Chairman of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues Aleksandar Martinovic:

“Having first attacked women at the Republic Electoral Commission, TV Pink journalists Gordana Uzelac and Mara Dragovic, and burst into my cabinet, with today’s fascist methods and attack on the Chairman of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues Aleksandar Martinovic Bosko Obradovic once again showed the citizens of Serbia that violence is the only policy he knows and promotes.

Today he clearly showed the citizens of Serbia that the only objective and meaning of the political fight of Bosko Obradovic is causing incidents and robbing the work of the National Assembly of any meaning. With this primitive behaviour, unworthy of the National Assembly House, Bosko Obradovic clearly and unequivocally showed how he views political struggle and how little respect he has for the citizens of Serbia.

The fact that Bosko Obradovic is capable of such outbursts of Ljotic-like violence even on this great Christian holiday best testify of how true and real his so-called respect of family and traditional values is.

I expect and deeply believe that all of society would condemn this violent and deplorable behaviour because I believe that there is no such thing as acceptable and unacceptable violence.”
