Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009 Convened

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009 for Monday, 30 March 2009, beginning at 11 a.



The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009 for Monday, 30 March 2009, beginning at 11 a.m.

Assembly Speaker Djukic-Dejanovic proposed the following agenda to the National Assembly:

1. The Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia

2. The Bill on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction

3. The Bill on the Protection against Ionizing Radiation and Nuclear Safety

4. The Bill on the Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation

5. The Bill on Chemicals

6. The Bill on Biocides

7. The Bill amending and modifying the Environmental Impact Assessment Law

8. The Bill on Air Protection

9. The Bill on Nature Conservation

10. The Bill on Protection against Noise in Living Environment

11. The Bill on the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Fund.

12. The Bill on Waste Management

13. The Bill on Packaging and Packaging Waste

14. The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection

15. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade, with amendments and modifications

16. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters

17. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendments to Annex B of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change

19. The Bill on the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia

20. The Bill amending and modifying the Law on Chambers of Commerce

21. The Bill on the expiration of the Foreign Trade Transactions Insurance and Financing Fund Law

24. The Bill on Technical Requirements for Products and Conformity Assessment

25. The Bill on Tourism

26. The Bill on Employment and Unemployment Insurance

27. The Bill on Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons

The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Kingdom of Belgium and the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo on Behalf of Kosovo in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 on the privileges and immunities of the Secretariat of the Central European Free Trade Agreement

29. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation

30. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Cooperation Program between the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Spain, with Annex

31. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the State of Israel on the Abolition of Visas for the Holders of Diplomatic, Official Duty and other Official Passports

32. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of India on the Abolition of Visas for the Holders of Diplomatic and Official Duty Passports

33. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Strategic Cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the European Police Office

34. The Bill on the Confirmation of the International Convention Against Doping in Sport

35. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Multilateral agreement between the European Community and its member states, the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Iceland, the Republic of Montenegro, the Kingdom of Norway, Romania, the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1244 from 10 June 1999) on the Establishment of a European Common Aviation Area

36. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air

37. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro and the European Community on Certain Aspects of Air Services

38. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Combined Transport on Inland Waterways to the European Agreement on Important International Combined Transport Lines and Related Installations (AGTC) of 1991

39. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Czech Republic on Cooperation in the Fields of Culture, Education, Science, Youth and Sport

40. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Hungary on Cooperation in the Fields of Education, Science, Culture, Youth and Sport

41. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation in the Fields of Education and Culture

42. The Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Cooperation in the Fields of Culture, Art and Education.

All the Bills were submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting will be held at the Building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in Belgrade, 14 Kralja Milana Street.
