Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2006
The following agenda was established for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2006, convened by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, at the request of 103 deputies, for 10 a.
The following agenda was established for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the
1. Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act, proposed by deputies Svetlana Stojanovic, Vukosav Tomasevic, Miroslav Jankovic, Rajko Baralic, Esad Dzudzevic, Nikola Jovanovic, and Miroslava Gusic;
2. Proposal of the Decision on the Organisation and Activities of the National Assembly Support Service, proposed by the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly;
3. Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a Member of the Council of the National Bank of
4. Election of a member of the University Education Council, proposed by the Serbian Conference of Universities.
On the first day of the session, the Assembly discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act, the Proposal of the Decision on the Organisation and Activities of the National Assembly Support Service, the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a Member of the Council of the National Bank of Serbia, and the election of a member of the University Education Council in principle.
On the second day of the sitting (19 July), after discussing the particulars of the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act, the National Assembly went into a Voting Day sitting and adopted the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act and the Decision on the Organisation and Activities of the National Assembly Support Service in their entirety.
