First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014
At the request of 111 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic, convened the First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014, for Saturday, 15 February 2014, starting at 10 am.
In the course of the session the National Assembly conducted and concluded a single debate on the Proposal of the Decision to allow the detention and criminal prosecution of MP Dragan Tomic.
Voting Day
On Voting Day, 15 February, the National Assembly accepted the Proposal of the Decision to allow the detention and criminal prosecution of MP Dragan Tomic by a majority vote.
As the National Assembly had completed the debate on the only item on the agenda and ruled on it, National Assembly Speaker Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic concluded the First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in.
