The following agenda was set for the Eleventh Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, convened by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, for 24 August, at the request of 104 deputies:

1. Proposal of the Resolution Prohibiting the Withdrawal or Abandonment of the Suit Filed by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia with the International Court of Justice at the Hague Against NATO Member States for Damages Caused During the 1999 Conflict, submitted by 92 deputies from the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group.

On the first day of the sitting, the National Assembly commenced joint discussion of the Proposal of the Resolution.

On the second day of the session (25 August), the National Assembly continued joint discussion on the Proposal of the Resolution Prohibiting the Withdrawal or Abandonment of the Suit Filed by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia with the International Court of Justice at the Hague Against NATO Member States for Damages Caused During the 1999 Conflict.

As the National Assembly had, on the third day of the session (26 August), concluded the joint discussion, the Chairman, Predrag Markovic, set Voting Day immediately following the session.

On Voting Day, the National Assembly did not adopt the Proposal of the Resolution Prohibiting the Withdrawal or Abandonment of the Suit Filed by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia with the International Court of Justice at the Hague Against NATO Member States for Damages Caused During the 1999 Conflict, thus concluding the Eleventh Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004.
