Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting begun on 17 July and continued on 18 July, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications deliberated on the Bill on Remedying the Consequences of the Floods in the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government, in detail.
The Committee accepted the proposal of the Committee Deputy Chairperson Katarina Rakic that the sitting be focused exclusively on the four amendments submitted by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure andTelecommunications, which would then be sent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia for an opinion.
The Committee adopted the amendments submitted to article 1, 21, 23 and 26 of the Bill and decided that they be sent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia for an opinion.
In the continuation on 18 July, out of the total of 27 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the Committee and the Government accepted two.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic and Committee Deputy Chairperson Katarina Rakic.
