86th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 23 February, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, submitted by the Government, as well as the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2016 Financial Plan.


The Government and the Committee accepted six of the 31 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration.

Having ruled on the submitted amendments the Committee and the representatives of the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency discussed the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2016 Financial Plan, and decided to submit a Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Financial Plan to the National Assembly.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by Committee members and deputy members Olivera Pesic, Nikola Jolovic, Momo Colakovic, Dalibor Radicevic, Goran Vukadinovic, Sonja Vlahovic, Goran Mladenovic, Aleksandar Markovic and Zika Gojkovic.
