60th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 17 December, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Companies, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Register of Beneficial Owners and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mediation in Real Estate and Leasing, submitted by the Government.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Companies, nor did they accept any of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Register of Beneficial Owners.

The Government submitted two amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mediation in Real Estate and Leasing which the Committee members accepted, while neither the Government nor the Committee accepted the 11 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Stanislava Janosevic, Studenka Stojanovic, Gorica Gajic, Jelena Mijatovic, Zoran Bojanic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Snezana Paunovic and Ana Carapic.
