52nd Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 25 October 2019, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Product Safety and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Export and Import of Dual Use Goods in detail.

The Government and the Committee did not accept any of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Product Safety.

On the 25 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Export and Import of Dual Use Goods, the Government and the Committee accepted two, the one submitted to Article 2 by MP Sreto Peric and the one submitted to Article 8 by MP Marijan Risticevic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Studenka Kovacevic, Zoran Bojanic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Ana Carapic, Stanislava Janosevic, Gorica Gajic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Vladimir Djuric and Jelena Mijatovic.
