45th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 30 March, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed and accepted, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mortgage, submitted by the Government.

At the proposal of MP Veroljub Arsic, the Committee then proceeded to set up a Working Group for the drafting of the law amending and modifying the Law on Public Procurement, comprising: Veroljub Arsic as Chair and Dr Milorad Mijatovic, MA Dejan Radenkovic, Ivan Jovanovic, Milos Tosanic and Goran Kovacevic as members. In the drafting, the Working Group will be assisted by expert representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, Public Procurement Administration, State Audit Institution, National Bank of Serbia, Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, Commission for Protection of Competition and other institutions.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic.
