44th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 6 October 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, submitted by the Government, in detail.
Two amendments had been submitted to the Bill, one by MP Djordje Komlenski to Article 10 and one by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to Article 13 paragraph 3.
The Committee members accepted the amendment submitted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ana Carapic, Ana Beolica, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Verljoub Arsic, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Zoran Bojanic, Olivera Pesic and Velibor Milojicic.
