The Committee accepted the proposal to complete a joint debate in principle and single debate on all the items on the agenda and to rule on each item individually after the debate.

The bills were presented by Aleksandra Damnjanovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and associates.

Following the presentation the Committee members accepted the Bill amending the Law on Airport Management, in principle, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, in principle, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Cable Cars for Transport of People, in principle, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Transport of Passengers, in principle, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre, in principle, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the International Road Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, submitted by the Government.

The Committee Chairperson was chosen to be the Committee rapporteur to the National Assembly sitting on all the abovementioned items.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dalibor Radicevic, Ognjen Pantovic, Jasmina Karanac, Olivera Pesic, Stefana Miladinovic, Goran Kovacevic, Vladimir Petkovic, Jovica Jevtic and Snezana B. Petrovic.
