38th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 3 December, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Working Hours of Road Transport Vehicle Crew and Tachographs, Bill amending the Law on Communal Activities and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre in detail.

The Government proposed that the National Assembly accept seven of the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Working Hours of Road Transport Vehicle Crew and Tachographs. The Committee also accepted the alteration to the amendment to Article 1 of the Bill submitted by Katarina Rakic, while the rest of the amendments were rejected.

The Government and the Committee proposed that the National Assembly reject all three of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Communal Activities.

The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 21 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre while the rest were rejected.

Bojana Jaksic Kovacevic and Milos Bjelanovic of the Republic Geodetic Authority, Olivera Stevic Ledenican of the Road Transport and Traffic Safety Sector, Danica Vojinovic and Biljana Miladinovic of the Spatial Planning and Urbanism Sector also took part in the debate on the amendments.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Nikolic, Dalibor Radicevic, Jasmina Karanac, Ognjen Pantovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Olivera Pesic, Goran Kovacevic, Dragan Jovanovic and Snezana B. Petrovic.
