31st Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 12 September 2025, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Securities Commission 2024 Activity Report and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2025 Financial Plan.

The Committee members accepted, by majority vote, the proposal of Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic to complete a joint single debate on items 1 and 2 on the agenda, as well as a joint single debate on items 3 to 5 on the agenda.

The Securities Commission 2024 Activity Report and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2025 Financial Plan were presented by the President of the Securities Commission Marko Jankovic. Following a debate, the Committee members adopted, by majority vote, the Conclusion proposing that the National Assembly accept the Securities Commission 2024 Activity Report and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2025 Financial Plan.

The Committee then granted consent, by majority vote, to the Commission for State Aid Control 2025 Financial Plan harmonised with the Republic of Serbia 2025 Budget Law, consent to the First amendment of the Commission for State Aid Control 2025 Financial Plan and consent to the Second amendment of the Commission for State Aid Control 2025 Financial Plan, all presented by the President of the Commission for State Aid Control Dragica Jorgovic.

And finally, the Committee granted consent, also by majority vote, to the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Fiscal Council Support Services, presented by the President of the Fiscal Council Blagoje Paunovic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nikola Radosavljevic, Nenad Krstic, Ilo Mihajlovski, MA Svetlana Milijic, Branko Pavlovic, Nevena Veinovic, Pedja Mitrovic, Tijana Davidovac, Ana Beloica Martac, Miroslav Aleksic, Dusan Nikezic, Vojislav Vujic and Mgr Akos Ujhely.
