21st Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 20 April 2023, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill Giving Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of the German Development Bank KfW, Frankfurt am Main, on behalf of the Joint Stock Company "Elektromreza Srbije", Belgrade (project "Trans-Balkan Electricity Corridor, section 4 - 2x400 kV DV Bajina Basta (RS) - Pljevlja (ME) - Visegrad (BiH)") and the Bill on the Confirmation of the EPS Liquidity Loan Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The bills were presented by Aleksandar Simovic, representative of the Ministry of Finance.

Following a discussion, the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly accept both bills.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: MA Svetlana Milijic, Miroslav Kondic, Dalibor Jekic, Zoran Zecevic, Rozalia Okresz, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Tijana Davidovac, Dragan Markovic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Ana Beloica Martac and Snezana Paunovic.
