Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic said that the Working group for the conduct of the candidate application procedure for the election of four members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures had considered the applications it had received and noted that there have been four applications at the public competition for the election of three Commission members under Article 191, paragraph 2 of the Law on Public Procurement, and nine applications for the election of one Commission member, under Article 191 paragraph 3 of the Law on Public Procurement

Having completed the interviews with the candidates, the Committee members ascertained the Proposal of the Decision on the election of four members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. For the three members under Article 191, paragraph 2 of the Law, the Committee proposed Ana Antic, Vesna Milin Gojkovica and Stankovic Vesna, and under Article 191, paragraph 2 of the Law, it proposed Slavisa Milosevic. The Decision Proposal was forwarded to the National Assembly with the request that it be considered and voted on under urgent procedure.

The Committee went on to adopt the Decision on the establishment of the Working Group to ascertain the compliance with requirements in the procedure for the proposition of candidates for election of member of the Council of the Commission for State Aid Control. Dr Aleksandra Tomic was appointed Head opf the Woking Group, with Svetozar Vujacic and Vladimir Obradovic as members.
