Out of the 28 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Privatisation Agency, the Committee accepted one. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to article 2 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Privatisation Agency.

The Government and the Committee accepted neither of the two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Right to Free Shares and Financial Compensation to the Citizens in the Privatization Process.

Out of the four amendments submitted to the Bill on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of the Construction of the 400 kV Electrical Power Transmission System “Trans-Balkan Corridor – Stage One”, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted none.
