13th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 14 December 2020, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the following bills in principle:
- Bill on Digital Property, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on Fiscalisation, submitted by the Government
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money laundering and Financing of Terrorism, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Compulsory Social Insurance Contributions, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Capital Market, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Property, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Joint Procurement of Medical Supplies, submitted by the Government;
- Bill amending the Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Issuance of Building Permit for the Realisation of Project “Belgrade Waterfront”, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Establishment of Guarantee Scheme as an Economic Support Measure to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Virus, submitted by the Government, and
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Connected School in Serbia Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government;
