The Speaker specified the following agenda:

1. Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group,
2. Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group,
3. Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of Members and Substitute Members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group,
4. Proposal of the Decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council,
5. Proposal of the Decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council,
6. Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council,
7. Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, and
8. Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.

The National Assembly accepted the proposal of MP Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic to complete a joint single debate on items 1, 2 and 3 and a joint single debate on items 4, 5, 6 and 7 on the agenda.

The MPs proceeded to commence and complete a joint single debate on the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group, and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of Members and Substitute Members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group.

For the remainder of the day, the MPs conducted a joint single debate on items 4 to 7 on the agenda.

On the second day of the proceedings, 9 July, before moving on to the agenda, the heads i.e. authorised representatives of the parliamentary groups, MPs Haji Milorad Stosic, Milija Miletic, Vladimir Djuric, Predrag Jelenkovic, Milorad Mirsic, Nedjo Jovanovic and Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic requested information and explanations in line with article 287 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The National Assembly went on to conduct and conclude the joint single debate on items 4 to 7 on the agenda.

As the National Assembly had completed a debate on all the items on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic set Wednesday, 10 July, as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda of the 13th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th legislature, starting at 10 am.

On Voting Day, 10 July, by majority vote, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group, and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of Members and Substitute Members of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Party of Modern Serbia Parliamentary Group.

The National Assembly also adopted the two proposals of the decision on the election of deputy public prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council, and two proposals of the decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, by majority vote.

National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic congratulated the newly-elected bearers of judiciary office on behalf of the MPs and herself, and wished them success.

By majority vote, the MPs also adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, and the National Assembly Speaker congratulated Mersiha Markovic on the election, on behalf of the MPs and herself, and wished her success.

The National Assembly also ruled on the violations of the Rules of Procedure the MPs complained of in the course of the session and decided that none of the provisions of the Rules of Procedure had been violated.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic concluded the 13th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature
