12th Sitting of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region
At the sitting held on 8 May, the members of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region deliberated on the invitation of the Union of Serbs in Romania to take part in the gathering in Timisoara from 23 to 25 May 2013.
By a majority of votes, the Committee members chose a three-person delegation to take part in the gathering in Timisoara – MPs Anka Novkovic, Marko Atlagic and Miodrag Linta.
The Committee members went on to decide to hold a public hearing on Serbia and the Diaspora – How to Boost Cooperation, by a majority of votes. It was decided that the public hearing should be held on 23 May 2013, starting at noon.
The sitting was chaired by Aleksandar Cotric, Committee Chairman.
