The MPs will consider the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Court President, submitted by the High Judicial Council, decision proposals on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, decision proposals on the termination of office of President of the Higher Court in Kragujevac and Kraljevo, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Public Prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Ruma, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government.

The National Assembly will also consider the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of President of the Securities Commission, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, and the Collective List of candidates for members of the National Council for Culture, submitted by the Culture and Information Committee.
